Pavlo's NAS Management System (PaNasMs)
Last updated: 22 September 2026.
Software license
Original PaNasMs software is provided under the PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0. That license governs the permissions and restrictions for using, copying and modifying the software, including its noncommercial limitation. Third-party components retain their own licenses, as listed in the relevant repository's NOTICE. This page summarizes the service context and does not replace or expand those licenses.
Self-hosted operation
You operate your own NAS and are responsible for selecting permitted users, securing its credentials and network access, installing trusted modules, maintaining backups and using cloud accounts and files that you are authorized to access. Cloud synchronization can overwrite or delete files according to the task settings; use suitable backups and review two-way synchronization settings before enabling them.
Google and other providers
Connecting a provider is optional and requires the account holder's consent. Google and other providers apply their own terms, quotas and authorization rules. PaNasMs is an independent project and is not endorsed by Google, Dropbox or Synology. The project-provided OAuth relay helps return an authorization result to a private NAS; it is not a cloud file storage or backup service.
Availability and warranty
The software license includes its own disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability to the extent permitted by law. No service-level or continuous-availability commitment is offered for this prototype or the optional OAuth relay. Provider changes, revoked permissions, network failures and software updates can interrupt synchronization.
Privacy and contact
See the privacy policy for data handling, revocation and deletion information. Questions about a private installation should be directed to its operator. Project contact: shturman.p@gmail.com.
